"Rose"

I finished this Angel painting on canvas over the New Years weekend, I have always enjoyed painting Angels and when I don't they seem to say Hey there...please pay attention to me, I am right here! So I paint them, I have a picture in my minds eye as to what they look like. Interesting thing about Angels is from what I have read, they love to give us messages, help when we ask for it and in return they wish for us to acknowledge their existence may that be through art, music, or acts of kindness to others.

Rose is painted on stretched canvas over wood she is wearing a gown of pale yellow gold and pearl tones, there is tiny flowers in many colours that she carries with her and ribbons of luminous pearl and pale pink, when the light hits this pearl paint it shines and looks heavenly. The size of this piece is 11 inches by 14 inches with painted sides ready for hanging.
